Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, I started working in the water well drilling and pump industry in my early twenties. With 20-plus years of experience and knowledge, I started BigSky Well & Pump LLC in 2020. I wanted a family business my children could one day work with me and one day run.

I messaged Chad over the weekend when I waited for 8 hours thinking my pipes were frozen. They weren’t. My well pump decided to quit on me without a two week notice first. Rude! Chad gave me his number and asked me to call him. He came out on Monday and see if he could replace the control box and try and get me water. When that failed we both agreed that it was in fact my well pump. Here it is Tuesday night and I’m in my robe about to take a nice hot shower because Chad didn’t leave until everything was replaced that would make it run efficiently.
